"TEACHING
TODAY'S YOUTH TO BE TOMORROW'S LEADERS"
The Stars of Tomorrow Youth Foundation is
a nonprofit organization base in the Washington Metropolitan
Area. Teaching Today's Youth to be Tomorrow's Leaders, having
positive role models and leaders and periodically showcasing
historical and contemporary African-American literature, art
forms, and culture. Promoting literary and related endeavors
of Youth to nurture their skills and encourage appreciation
for culture and things they have today.
SoTYF is a growing and thriving organization. Our program,
S.T.A.R.S has attracted students, teachers and organizations
and others who value Stars of Tomorrow Youth Foundation's
Mission and programs.
Changing our community takes time, commitment and money from
individuals and corporations like you! All of these services
provided by the Foundation are possible because of your generous
support. The Stars of Tomorrow Youth Foundation & The Robert
Lewis Scholarship Fund can use your HELP!
In 2004, Stars of Tomorrow Youth Foundation plans to serve
over 1000 youth and their families. We are committed to:
v Providing
high quality crisis intervention and support services that
emphasize family reunification and family-like placements.
v Assuring that
all families have access to affordable, high quality development
and after-school care and programs.
v Assuring that
community-based programs for children and family collaborate
with school religious affiliation and/or other appropriate
groups and services.
v Continuity
is the key to long-term progress.
v You are part
of the solution - giving back to the community who are your
customers.
