When was SoTYF Incorporated?
Stars of Tomorrow Youth Foundation (SoTYF), is a non-profit charity incorporated in The Nation Capitol on February 1, 2003.

What services does SoTYF offer?
SoTYF offer many service to the community, youths and family such as; financial assistance for extracurricular activities, mentor & tutor program, leadership program, referral program, 36 hour credit program (for middle and high school students), peace performance, young readers program, job readiness workshop, after school program girls/ boys AAU basketball team and we also create raps, song dances, poems, performance pieces.

Where does my money go?
SoTYF acts as a bridge between donors and recipients. For those who would like to make a donation towards after school program, education and services in the low-income area but aren't sure what or where the needs are, SoTYF offers screening and post-administration services so that you, as a donor, can be assured that the money truly goes towards worthy projects in the community.

What is the post-administration service?
SoTYF wants to make sure that your donated money is used in the manner that is consistent with the application. Grants are often paid in installments, based on interim reports from the recipients and final financial reports after the projects are completed.

Where does your funding come from?
We are funded by a combination of government agencies, private sponsors, individuals and corporations.

What do SoTYF color mean?
Since its inception, SoTYF we have used purple and yellow as our official colors. The color purple is used because it is the universal color for nonviolence and peace. Yellow is used for Hope. Please keep the significance of these colors in mind through your involvement with SoTYF.

How does SoTYF find out what or where the needs are in the community?
Each year, we invite Parents, non-profit, school officials, community service societies and students to submit ideal that will better help out the communities and our youths. .

How can you help?
By making a donation, volunteering, sponsoring or participating in our fundraising events

How can my investment make a difference?
All gifts, regardless of size, make a difference in the quality of service provided. Your financial investment has a direct impact on the quality of care and service youth receive at SoTYF. When you or your families come to SoTYF, we know that excellence is not an option; it is your expectation. Financial contributions are used to promote healing, improve the quality of life and provide financial aid services to any youth in need. Your financial gift will ensure that SoTYF continues to meet the needs of the youth in the community for generations to come.

How do I get on the waiting list for your Youth Programs?
You can add your name to the waiting list for SoTYF using the same process you would to register for the program itself.

Why should my gift be directed to Stars of Tomorrow Youth Foundation?
SoTYF, a non-profit organization, was established solely to provide aid to at-risk-youth and family service, tutoring programs, job readiness workshop, and referral services appropriate to charitable contributions. Funds received are channeled to the use specified by donors.

Can I designate my gift?
The Foundation has the greatest flexibility through unrestricted gifts in allocating funds where they are most needed. You may, however, restrict your contribution to a specific need for programs, family and youth, education, equipment or the capital campaign.

Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. The Foundation is recognized under Section 501 © 3 of the IRS Code, and your contribution are deductible to the extent allowed by law. A tax consultant can advise you on the best way of giving for your financial situation.

Do you award grants?
No. We unfortunately are not in a position to offer any financial support.
